Class ConfigGlobal

Description

Global storage for configuration

This class is able to hold a instance of a ConfigXML object containing the global configuration. In reality this is a aggregation of all possible configuration layers that are built in what means:

Global configuration (stored in the global satk directory - global.conf.xml)
Local configuration (per directory basis - local.conf.xml)
Application configuration (in application.xml)
Per path configuration (children of a run element in application.xml)

A configuration in a more specific file overwrites the values set in a less specific. This means configuration in application.xml will overwrite local and global configuration.
